Purpose-built for insurance agents

Never miss a renewal. Never lose a family record.

One CRM built around how insurance agents actually work โ€” family and joint policies linked automatically, renewal and Medicare-65 dates calculated for you, and every client record locked down behind bank-grade access controls.

Illustrative preview built with sample data, not a live screenshot.

Sound familiar?

You didn't get into insurance to fight your CRM

Five things almost every agent runs into. Here's exactly how we solved each one.

An agent's laptop showing a dense spreadsheet of client and policy data, in a busy office
Organization

No single spreadsheet has the whole client โ€” so you keep switching between six.

Client info scattered across spreadsheet tabs, old emails, and sticky notes means bouncing between them for one answer.

One searchable client book โ€” every policy, every family, in one place.

A young agent smiling while helping an older client with his phone
Responsiveness

The client who calls today shouldn't wait until tomorrow.

Slow response is the number one reason agents lose renewals to a competitor.

Renewal, RMD & Medicare-65 dates calculate themselves โ€” nothing depends on remembering.

A three-generation family posing together outside their home
Family & household

Three generations. One family. One record that stays connected.

When a family's policies live in five disconnected records, you miss the cross-sell and the client feels like a stranger every time they call.

Family & joint policies linked automatically โ€” one household, one view.

A senior couple reviewing paperwork together on their couch
Medicare & senior clients

When Medicare-65 hits, you'll already know โ€” before they call asking.

Senior clients don't want to be sold to twice, and a missed eligibility date makes a longtime client feel forgotten.

Medicare-65, renewal, and RMD dates calculated automatically โ€” you reach out first.

Two people reviewing a tablet together outdoors on a bench
Mobile & in-field

Everything you know about this client โ€” in your hand, right now.

Your best conversations happen outside the office, one step removed from the client file back at your desk.

A responsive web app โ€” the same client book on phone, tablet, or desktop.

What's live today

A CRM built for how insurance agents actually work

Not a generic CRM with insurance fields bolted on. Every screen assumes you're tracking policies, families, and deadlines that matter for compliance โ€” because that's what it was built to do.

8 policy types, one view

Life, Medicare, health, annuity, cancer, long-term care, business retirement plans, and group health โ€” each with the fields that product actually needs.

Family & joint policies

Link family members and joint-owned policies so a household shows up as one connected picture, not scattered records.

Deadlines that calculate themselves

Birthdays, renewals, RMD dates, and Medicare-65 eligibility are computed automatically as you view a client โ€” not tracked by hand.

Recurring to-dos

Follow-up tasks generate on a recurring schedule, so nothing depends on remembering to add it to a list.

Product status dashboard

See every client's status across all eight product lines at once, instead of switching between separate screens.

Agent-isolated by default

Database-level row security keeps each agent's book separate โ€” and it's re-verified by an automated test on every single code change, not just at launch.

How it compares

Built for insurance, not adapted for it

General-purpose tools can be configured to sort of work. This is built around insurance workflows from the schema up.

Not a patch. A rebuild. Or they give up and go back to spreadsheets.

Illustrative, not a promise: based on the custom fields, family-linking workarounds, reminder automations, and integrations a general-purpose tool needs before it handles insurance workflows at all, at a $40/hour blended rate — swap in your own number. The monthly figure assumes 4–6 hours of upkeep as your book, your team, or your compliance needs change.

Where we're headed

The Agency OS โ€” built module by module

Insurance agents are our first customer, but they're really our proof that solo-run businesses need one operating system instead of five disconnected tools. Sales is live. The rest ships only when it's proven, not just planned.

01 โ€” Live

Sales & clients

The CRM you see on this page. Running a real book, in production, today.

02 โ€” Next

Marketing automation

Turning the client and family data already in the CRM into outreach that doesn't require a separate tool.

03 โ€” Next

Finance & commissions

Commission tracking tied to the same policy records agents already manage here.

04 โ€” Next

Operations & compliance

The audit trails and access controls already underneath the CRM, extended into a standalone compliance layer.

Honest note: none of modules 2โ€“4 exist yet. We're not listing them because they're available โ€” we're listing them because this is the order we've committed to, and we'd rather tell you the plan than let a mockup imply the product does more than it does today.

Why agents trust it

Built for insurance compliance, not bolted on after the fact

The details that matter to an examiner are the same details that make your day easier.

Purpose-built, not adapted

Eight real insurance product lines โ€” life, Medicare, health, annuity, cancer, long-term care, business retirement, group health โ€” designed into the schema from day one, not relabeled generic fields.

Isolation enforced by the database

Agent-to-agent data separation isn't a policy on paper โ€” it's enforced at the database level and re-checked by an automated test before any code change can ship.

Less liability, not more

We don't collect Social Security numbers โ€” one less sensitive field for you to protect, store, and explain to compliance if something ever goes wrong.

What it's actually worth

The spreadsheet isn't free. It just doesn't send you a bill.

Here's what the manual version of this job actually costs โ€” in the hours it eats out of your week.

What the CRM actually costs, per month

Illustrative, not a promise: based on 4 hours/week of manual lookups, renewal tracking, and family-policy reconciling across spreadsheets and a general-purpose tool, at a $40/hour blended value of an agent's time — a number worth swapping for your own. It doesn't include the cost of a missed renewal or a compliance incident, which we've deliberately left out because we don't have a defensible number for it yet.

FAQ

Straight answers

Where is my data stored?

In a dedicated, private database โ€” not in your Google Workspace. Each agent's data is isolated so no one else can see it, and every login requires two-factor authentication.

Do you collect Social Security numbers?

No. SSN collection was removed from the product โ€” it wasn't needed for how agents actually use client records day to day.

Does it work on mobile and tablet?

Yes โ€” it's a responsive web app, so the same interface works in a browser on your phone, tablet, or desktop. There's no separate native app to install.

Tell us what your business actually needs.

Whether that's the CRM as it is today, a customization, or a conversation about what module comes after Sales โ€” we'd rather build the right thing slowly than the wrong thing fast.
